Two-Wheeled Fun For Toddlers At Daytona International Speedway March 9-11

Rapid City, SD (February 14, 2013) — Strider Sports International, the world’s premier manufacturer and marketer of children’s no-pedal balance bikes, is bringing their Strider Adventure Zone to the Monster Energy Ricky Carmichael Daytona Amateur Supercross (RCSX) March 9-11, 2013 at Daytona International Speedway, 1801 West International Speedway Blvd, Daytona Beach, FL 32114.

This STRIDER® Adventure Zone will be open for all three days of the event: March 9-11 Friday, Saturday, and Sunday). The Adventure Zone gives kids 18 months to five years old a chance to test ride a STRIDER™, play with other kids, and develop balance and coordination in a STRIDER-designed area. This safe and friendly environment encourages kids to explore mobility on two wheels and experience the challenge and thrill of riding a STRIDER on unique terrains and obstacles.

The RCSX gives amateur racers the unprecedented opportunity to compete on one of the most prestigious motorsports grounds in the world for two days of racing. For riders, family, friends, and fans, there isn’t another event anywhere in the world that presents such a potent package, making this an instant can’t-miss event on the amateur motocross schedule.

As always, the full weekend includes: Saturday night’s Daytona Supercross by Honda, where the fastest Supercross riders in the world go to battle. The facility will then open its doors to amateur riders and their families, who are welcome to camp on the Daytona infield and watch Saturday’s professional action before taking the track Sunday and Monday.

Strider Sports International CEO Ryan McFarland says, “At Strider, we love seeing little kids light up with excitement when they get the first taste of riding. Getting the next Ricky Carmichael on a bike earlier than ever is what we do at Strider, so bringing the Strider Adventure Zone to the Ricky Carmichael Amateur Supercross couldn’t be a better fit.”
