How Can You Identify a “Genuine & Authorized” Strider?
Look for the unique identifying features of Strider Bikes built in our factory, which are listed here. However, a counterfeit product can be hard to spot, so beyond this physical verification, you must also verify the “Authorized” status of the party selling the bike. If you have questions about buying a Genuine Strider, please contact us.
Only when both of these are confirmed can you be assured you are buying a “Genuine & Authorized” Strider product and be guaranteed your child is riding a bike that is built to Strider’s quality standards, has passed rigorous safety testing, and is backed by our 60-day guarantee and our 2-year warranty.
